    Victory

With the democratic win, we can breath a sigh of releaf that now there is a person, (Nacy Pelosy) who can stand against the rotten power of the executive office. But just because someone is a democrat does not mean they are a good person. I urge my fellow democrats to not loose the sense of ritiousness now that they are in power. Might does not make right, and let us hope that the democratic party will restore the hand of lady liberty to american politics.

exactly! it is not the party, which does things, it's the individuals.

It pisses me off to no end that people complain that "the democrats have no decisive plan for anything".

Well... guess what, the party as a whole may not assert itself, but individuals within it can.

The united states is far to focused on party names and needs to pay more attention to what's actually happening and the individuals who do it!
